A Decade of Experience with Children and Teens

Many of the kids I work with have tried therapy before but didn’t feel comfortable opening up. I take a different approach—one that feels safe, supportive, and easy to connect with. Teens and children of high conflict families often find they can trust me due to the high standard of care and confidentiality that I adhere to for teens and children.

Teens who are struggling need help the most, when it feels like schools and others have given up, I step up. I uncover the story behind the behaviors.

Commitment to

Effective Change

One of my specialties is EMDR for children and teens to address the overwhelming experiences they have had that created negative beliefs about themselves or the world. I also have advanced training in dissociation in kids and teens, helping those who feel disconnected or "zoned out" due to past trauma.

I believe that healing happens when kids feel understood and therapy meets them where they are.
